Welcome to my first post of reviewing a Lego Set :)

To start, here's the look of the box itself, it's quite big but not as big as the Lego Modular set, and it's not that heavy.

There are 9 bags inside, 1 sticker sheet and 3 instruction books

We go straight to the first bag!
ps: sorry for the blur Scooby Doo

The first bag will have the Scooby Doo, Shaggy, Black Night, Man-eating plant and the cute scooter.
For me one of the highlights of the set is the Scooter. The colours of the scooter is not common and it's good to take picture and play with. You can have the Shaggy and his friend to ride the scooter as there is a passenger  seat connected to it. Shaggy's fringe is a bit too big

Bags number 2 to 9 pretty much are for building the mansion itself.

This photo below are from the second bag. We have Daphne and the building for the left side of the mansion. Not that much on the inside of this part of the mansion, only some pumpkins with carved face.
I love Daphne's hair, the colour is so vivid and strong.

The third bag will have the roof for the left part of the mansion. Some of the windows don't have the glasses and create the impression that the window's glasses are cracked

Fourth bag brings us to the front building of the mansion and Velma together with the real magnifying glass and map

We now move to the upper part of the building in bag 5. There's something like a pendulum trap when you open the front door of the mansion. Above it there is a screen that looks like a TV screen. Golden key also hidden under the floorboard on the ground floor
We will then create the top part of the mansion from the 6th bag.
This is quite detailed, we have the coffin for the Dracula and the clock (the stickers are used for the clock). If we twist the brown knob, the hand on the clock will rotate and gives impression that the Dracula is transforming into a bat
7th,8th and 9th bag will create the right part of the mansion. This part is quite fun to build, especially the kitchen. In the kitchen we have the rat, and the burger. On the second floor we can see there's a Safe where they keep the gold bars.
We just need to combine all of them together and voila, we now have the Scooby Doo Mystery Mansion ready to be explored by the team!

Overall, I was satisfied with the design and playability of the set. But you need to have quite a big space to store this as the mansion is quite tall. Also Fred is not included in this set, he's only available in the Mystery Machine set (which now I realized how hard it is to get hold off this mystery machine set). The price is also decent $119.99 in Lego.com Australia

So, my wedding is coming soon and I'm thinking of having a Lego Cufflink for the groom and groomsmen.

I decided to make the cufflinks myself. Most of the Do It Yourself tutorial are from US and since I'm in Australia, I will just let you know where I bought the stuffs

1. Lego Brick
We use Yellow colour bricks since it's my favourite colour
Bought total of 10  2x2 Bricks at the price of $1.95 from Ebay (store name: ibrickstore - based in Australia) - around 20 cents each

2. Silver Plated Flat Round Cufflinks 25x8 mm
Bought 5 pairs at the price of $4.44 from Ebay (store name: naturalgemstone2009 - based in China) - around 90 cents per pair

3. Epoxy Glue
Tried to look around for Epoxy Glue in Riot art and craft but can't find it, so I decided to just buy the glue from Ebay. I use E6000 at the price of $7.50 (store name: evercaremobi2014 - based in Australia)

The most expensive is the glue. Haha, but anyway we can keep it for other purposes

It's easy to make, we just need to make sure that the cufflink is clean and you can just glue them together. You have quite a bit of time to adjust the position and leave it dry for 24 hours.

This is the first series in which I bought the complete 14 minifigures. Actually it's a birthday present and we bought this whole set from I'mRickJamesBricks (Price is $80 for 16 minifigures + $6 shipping cost with tracking)

I was only into 'Lego' the past 1 year or so, and usually I just bought the minifigure that I like in other series, but this series 14 is kind of cute and unusual minifigures. I decided to just get all 16!

My ranking from my most favourite to the least:
1. Tiger Woman
2. Spider Lady
3. Zombie Pirate
4. Plant Monster
5. Monster Scientist
6. Zombie Businessman
7. Skeleton Guy
8. Zombie Cheerleader
9. Gargoyle
10. Wacky Witch
11. Monster Rocker
12. Wolf Guy
13. Spectre
14. Banshee
15. Square Foot
16. Fly Monster

Sharing is Caring! Let's show someone that we care for them today by sharing what we have ;)
My review on these 2 minifigures:

Hot Dog Man
http://www.lego.com/en-us/minifigures/characters/hot-dog-man-92e75e5d523142378e5e1776db3cf94c

Hot Dog Man is one of the minifigure from Minifigures series 13. I really love how Lego created this minifigure, it's so cute and pretty detailed. This is the most famous minifigure in series 13, thus it's so difficult to get this rare figure. I finally managed to get him from Ebay at AUD 10.95. It's still ok since it's only double the price of the original figure.

Benny (the Lego Movie)
http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/70818_Double-Decker_Couch

I got this Benny with 'cheery' face from Double Decker Couch Set together with the sausage. Benny is one of the minifigures that is so fun to take picture with. His face is so lovable and he seems super duper happy. The printed torso is very good too.
Hello, this is my first photo of my Lego Collection. Took this photo when I went to Palace of Versailles with my family. It was a beautiful sunny day even though it was a winter time. The palace is so huge and beautiful. There's not enough time to take pictures in the whole palace itself and garden. Managed to take the picture of Emmett before I went back to the hotel.
